The theme for this upcoming issue is “Neurolinguistic and cognitive aspects of professional communication.” Professional communication is traditionally studied through the lenses of sociology, pragmatics, and applied linguistics. However, to fully understand how specialized language is acquired, processed, and produced, we must also examine the underlying cognitive and neurological mechanisms. This Special Issue aims to bridge the gap between professional discourse studies, cognitive science, and neurolinguistics. We are seeking original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and empirical studies that explore how the human brain processes complex, specialized information in workplace and professional settings.
